Hi, I’m Seyi — systems strategist, founder of Delvate LLC, and the creator of Scale with Structure™.
I’ve been studying and building businesses since I was 18, when I first fell in love with the idea that the right structure could set a business — and a founder — free.
I studied Business Information Systems at the University of Bolton in the UK, and ever since, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping small businesses clean up their operations, install better systems, and scale with intention.
But my most important title?
I’m a single mom to two amazing kids, Grace and George. And like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to carry a lot — to be the visionary, the operator, the caregiver, the everything.
I created Scale with Structure™ because I saw too many founders like me stuck in survival mode. Not because they weren’t capable — but because they didn’t have a clear, scalable foundation beneath their vision.
